About Mark
Mark Rogers has practiced intellectual property and business law for more than 35 years. With a degree in chemical engineering, he spent 15 years in private practice — including as a shareholder of a Little Rock IP firm — prosecuting patents and trademarks and handling licensing and litigation, before serving over two decades as in-house counsel for Safe Foods Corporation, an Arkansas food-safety technology company. There he guided the company from startup through a successful exit, negotiating international vendor, licensing, and customer agreements, managing regulatory and employment matters, and, when a competitor filed a patent infringement suit against the company timed to disrupt its sale, leading a design-around and defense strategy that held up under the acquirer's diligence — the sale closed, the district court ruled for the company at claim construction, and the Federal Circuit affirmed in full. He builds his own AI-powered tools and databases — and brings that same efficiency to client work.
